Advanced Courses

In this specialization program, you will gain the advanced skills and knowledge you need to navigate safely and confidently underwater. You will learn how to use the compass and natural navigation techniques, how to estimate distance, how to leave and return to a designated point, as well as basic navigation patterns. You will also be taught how to combine navigation techniques to enhance your diving experience. All improve your underwater observation skills, increase your diving safety and help you get the most out of every dive. Upon completion, you will receive the SSI Navigation Specialist certification.

Many of the ocean’s best dive sites are shipwrecks. These impressive structures attract an unusually high density of marine life and give you the chance to immerse yourself in vibrant history as you dive. There’s nothing like wreck diving, and the SSI Wreck Diving expertise will give you all the skills and knowledge you need to become a safe and confident wreck diver. Through a combination of academic and limited water sessions, you will be taught how to safely dive around shipwrecks and artificial reefs to a depth of 30 meters. DIVE RAID Advanced 35 is an advanced training program designed for divers who want to push the boundaries of recreational diving and become true underwater experts. This course not only increases your depth limit, but also takes critical skills such as your underwater trim, finning techniques, and decompression management to the highest level. In the theoretical sessions, you will gain in-depth knowledge on topics such as deep dive physics, nitrogen narcosis management, and advanced dive planning.
