Bronze Lifeguard
This is the first level of lifeguarding.

Duration:
-3 days (21 hours)

Requirements;

1) To be 18 years old,
2) To be at least primary or primary school graduate and to document this,
3) To declare by signing the health notification form that there is no obstacle in the training of lifeguards.
4) Ability to extract an object weighing 3-5 kg from a depth of at least 180 cm
5) Being able to swim 10 meters underwater with one breath (apnea)
6) To be able to swim 50 meters without stopping and holding on to anything with the rescue technique.
7) 50 meters rescue track: Jumping into the water with the rescue jump technique and after swimming 25 meters with the rescue swimming technique, take the rescue dummy from the bottom from a depth of at least 180 cm, carry it 25 meters above the water, drop it to the bottom at the starting point, and get out of the water (This track is at least two times a day). must be completed in minutes.)
8) To be able to stay in a vertical position with the head above the water, the hands in the air and for one minute without using hands or arms. (In this skill, the candidate should not be on the ground and should not receive any assistance.)

It is the next level from the Bronze Lifeguard level.

Requirements;

3) To have a bronze lifeguard certificate,
4) To declare by signing the health notification form that there is no obstacle in the training of lifeguards.

Gold Lifeguard

The highest level is the Lifeguard level.

Duration:
-4 days (28 hours)

Requirements;

1) To be over the age of 19,
2) To be at least primary or primary school graduate and to document this,
3) Signing and declaring the health notification form stating that there is no obstacle in performing lifeguard training,
4) To have a silver lifeguard certificate,
5) To have at least 3 star diver certificate of the Federation,
6) To have worked as a silver lifeguard for at least 6 months and to submit the work notification document at the workplace approved by the workplace.
